MSI Leads ISO Industry into Ethernet-based Payments
UNION, NJ --(Business Wire)-- April 16, 2004 -- Merchant Services, Inc. (MSI), a leading provider of bankcard merchant services, is leading the ISO industry into Ethernet-based payments with an installation of the VeriFone Omni 3750 Internet Protocol (IP) payment terminal at ProWash Inc. of Union, New Jersey. By connecting the POS terminal to the existing DSL router, MSI can achieve an "always-on" connection that eliminates the normal dial up time and complete payment transactions in as little as four seconds.
